Bike Parts

The age old saying that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts is true of many different performance machines and productions, especially of bikes. Bike parts are the base production pieces which are used to make the bicycling augment to the natural ability of the body to move. The parts comprise a complex gear system that amplifies the pressure you put on the big petals and puts it to work propelling the two wheeled device into motion.

There are many different bike parts that usually fall within the metric or hex key or Allen tool system. The hex system is used because of its 360 versatility as opposed to another method. Plus the nuts and bolts are recessed which reduces air drag along the entire unit. The other forms of parts stem from the gear and break system. A pressure system is used to change the gears and adjust the breaks. The gears are comprised of an aluminum material that, in professional models, is aerated to provide a cooling method and a great grab the gear/disc break better. All in all the different bike parts that go into the routine production of the finished product make a complex method of mobility through the use of small parts connected to a larger frame which has the integrity to hold a person throughout its lifetime.
